PlotTech Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website plottech.app (and any successor domains), the PlotTech application and platform (including its Quality, Energy, and Fire capabilities and the legacy applications PlotSnag, PlotFire, and PlotBREL), and any related services, APIs, documentation, and support provided by Plot Tech Ltd (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or entity) and Plot Tech Ltd. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the Services.
• "Aggregated Data" means data derived from Company Data or from use of the Services that has been combined with other data such that it does not identify you, any Authorised User, or any specific site, plot, or property.
• "Anonymised Data" means data derived from Company Data or from use of the Services that has been irreversibly anonymised, using appropriate technical and organisational measures, so that it does not identify — and cannot reasonably be used, alone or in combination with other data, to re-identify — any individual.
• "Authorised Users" means individuals authorised by you (or your organisation) to access the Services under your Account.
• "Company Data" means any data, content, photographs, documents, reports, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or generated by you or your Authorised Users through the Services.
• "Confidential Information" means any non-public information disclosed by either party to the other, whether orally, in writing, or electronically, that is designated as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure.
• "Documentation" means the user guides, help articles, API documentation, and other instructional materials we make available regarding the Services.
• "Subscription" means the tier of access to the Services selected by you (including Trial, Starter, Teams, and Professional tiers, or any successor tiers).
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Plot Tech Ltd.
• "You", "Your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
